At Willow Hair & Co., my goal is to create a calm, welcoming experience built on transparency, respect, and care. These policies help protect your time and mine, ensuring a smooth and relaxing visit for every guest.

Booking & Appointments

All appointments are booked online through my Salon Lofts system.
You’ll receive a confirmation once your appointment is secured.

If you’re unsure which service to choose, please reach out—I'm happy to guide you.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment adjustments.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours: 50% of the scheduled service

  • No-shows: 100% of the scheduled service

In a private studio setting, last-minute openings are very difficult to fill. This policy helps me honor my time and maintain availability for all guests.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled.
Full service charges may still apply depending on the time available.

Please reach out to me ASAP if you are going to be late. 

Color Services

I take a thoughtful, customized approach to every color service. While I always aim for beautiful results, exact color outcomes cannot be guaranteed due to previous color history, hair condition, or at-home care.

If you have allergies or known sensitivities, please let me know before booking.

Adjustments

Your confidence matters to me.
If you feel something needs to be refined, please contact me within 7 days of your appointment so I can make an adjustment.
Adjustments are complimentary when they align with the original consultation and services performed.

Extension Services

To prepare for a seamless extension experience, all extension appointments require:​

  • An in-person consultation

  • A non-refundable retainer to secure the hair order

All extension hair must be purchased through Willow Hair & Co. to ensure quality and long-lasting wear.
Maintenance appointments are typically booked every 4–6 weeks.

Refunds

Because services and color formulas are custom to each guest, refunds are not offered.
I am always happy to make adjustments within the 7-day window.

Retail products may be exchanged if unopened and returned within 14 days.

Health & Safety

Your comfort and safety are a priority.
All tools, stations, and surfaces are sanitized according to NC State Board of Cosmetic Arts guidelines.

If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

The Willow Muse Program

The Willow Muse Program offers an optional, creative experience where photo or video content may be captured during your service.
Participation is always discussed ahead of time, and your comfort comes first.
You will never be photographed or recorded without your consent.

Communication

If you have questions about booking, services, or upcoming appointments, you are welcome to reach out at any time.
I aim to respond as promptly as possible during business hours.
